I had a lovely view over the market square from my compact but clean and tidy room. The hotel was very basic, but the rooms are always kept clean and tidy, despite the somewhat stale and airless smell.
The hotel offers contemporary and clean rooms with all the basics provided, although extra amenities like a box of tissues or a mini-fridge are not available. The rooms were quiet except for the noise of church bells on Sunday mornings. The bathrooms are notably spacious with a lovely shower, though overall, the rooms are basic.
The hotel is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to the city center, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms are clean, smart, and modern, albeit a bit warm at times. The service was friendly and efficient, although some interactions lacked a personal touch. Breakfast provided a decent continental spread in a separate room. Overall, a good value for the location.
